Beliefs and principles of a post-tecnocratic society

In regards to the beliefs and principles of a post technocratic society, All I have to say is that technology had impacted the social structure of humanity from the very core. I don’t believe that a post technocratic society should be non-technical, it should remain technical but environmentally conscious. I think that a post technocratic society should believe in natural conservation of energy and maximization of natural resources. My opinion is that a post-tecnocratic society is the new layer of our current culture and so we are all heading toward that direction.
