In regards to new frontiers of web design, I think that it will take many years to actually find the real boundaries.
I don’t believe that web design should be boxed and reduced to simple code, it should be evolved as an art form where a sharp visual representation is required. The point of designing before coding is to create a concept to guide the development process.
