Exercises for becoming more positive

There are many ways to become more positive, the reality is, becoming more positive takes work, patience and practice. There are many variables you have to deal with when it comes to positive thinking. To begin,  you can't just sit on your ass and pray for an improvement, you have to take action and control of the surrounding situations. Be persevering when aiming to become happier. The main thing is to stay focused in what you want to achieve, remain persevering, keep practicing and learn about new exercises.
